What to Include
Section titled “What to Include”- Device model and operating system version.
- PushGo app version.
- Platform: iOS, macOS, watchOS, Android, or Gateway.
- Gateway endpoint or deployment type, if relevant.
- Channel setup context, such as whether you use the public Gateway or a self-hosted Gateway.
- When the issue happened, what you observed, and whether it can be reproduced.
- Screenshots, logs, or error messages if they help describe the problem.
Do not send channel passwords, access tokens, private keys, or other secrets by email.
Common Questions

Section titled “I am not receiving notifications. What should I check first?”Confirm system notification permission is enabled, then check the Gateway address, channel credentials, network state, Focus modes, and platform push delivery status.
Subscriptions or messages are not syncing. What information is useful?
Section titled “Subscriptions or messages are not syncing. What information is useful?”Tell us which platform you are using, whether the issue affects one device or multiple devices, and whether you are using the public Gateway or a self-hosted Gateway.
Should I include logs?
Section titled “Should I include logs?”Basic logs or error messages are useful when they do not contain secrets. Remove channel passwords, tokens, private keys, and personal content before sharing logs.
How are app updates delivered?
Section titled “How are app updates delivered?”Apple platform updates are distributed through the App Store. Android releases and Gateway builds are distributed through their public release channels.

Section titled “Privacy and Data”PushGo does not use support requests for advertising or behavioral profiling. Information you choose to send to support is used to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve the issue you reported.
